Warranty

Fixtures manufactured by Lumina Custom Lighting Ltd are guaranteed against mechanical and electrical defects for a period of two (2) years from date of shipment or billing invoice, whichever is later. All finishes, with the exception of unfinished or non- sealed natural ageing finishes, are guaranteed for a period of one (1) year from the date of shipment or billing invoice, whichever is later, providing the finish has been properly maintained.
Our guarantee is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the defective product, excluding, but not limited to electrician’s fees, mileage, equipment rental, labor, packaging and freight, etc.
All claims must be authorised by Lumina Custom Lighting Ltd and defective products will be repaired or replaced at Lumina Custom Lighting’s discretion, only after a claim and subsequent factory authorisation have been acknowledged in writing.
